Vol. 74 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Mallow Hospital Laundry.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state what is the present intention in the matter of providing a laundry in conjunction with the hospital at Mallow, which has been completed for over 12 months; if he is aware that the opening of the hospital has been delayed by the failure to sanction the plans for a laundry, and that the proposal to have laundry work for the hospital carried out in Cork would not tend to economy, efficiency or simplicity.

As regards the first part of the question the present intention is to provide a laundry at Mallow Hospital. The answer to the remainder of the question is in the negative.
