asked the Minister for Lands if it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the lands of Ardbearn and Rathrush, de Montmorency estate, Record No. S. 2884, at present occupied by John Dwyer, for the purpose of division amongst the uneconomic holders and landless men in the area; and, if so, when these lands will be divided.
