Vol. 75 No. 17

Business of Dáil.

The business will be as on the Order Paper—Item 3 (Financial Resolutions).

Is it intended to sit to-morrow?

It is, unless we conclude No. 3 to-night.

Is the Minister taking leave of his senses?

The Deputy should inquire into the mental condition of his colleague.

I ask that the Order for Bills to be taken on Wednesday next be discharged and that they be taken on Tuesday instead. Thursday is a holyday and we propose to sit on Tuesday and Wednesday. I refer to the Tourist Traffic Bill, the Fisheries Bill, the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Bill, and the Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Bill.

We shall give you the Fisheries Bill, the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Bill and the Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Bill but not the Tourist Traffic Bill.

When is it proposed to take the Valuation Bill?

That has been dropped.

It has not. It will be taken after the financial business.

The hotel people had their meeting only yesterday and we shall, probably, have to consider amendments from them to the Tourist Traffic Bill.

Order for Fisheries Bill, Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Bill and Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Bill discharged. Bills to be taken on Tuesday, 16th May.
