Vol. 76 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Tipperary Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state when it is hoped to inspect and acquire the O'Donovan estate (300 acres) Killurney, Kilsheelan, Clonmel, County Tipperary, for the relief of local congests; and if he is aware that repeated applications have been made to the Land Commission about the matter.

The lands of Killurney and Ballyknockane in the occupation of James Donovan were inspected by the Land Commission and proceedings were instituted for their acquisition, but a consequent objection lodged by the owner has not yet been decided.
