Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939—Message from the Seanad.

Message from Seanad:—
Seanad Eireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Eireann is desired:—
That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939, being a Bill entitled an Act to alter certain existing powers of the Dublin Port and Docks Board for the borrowing of money, and for other purposes.

I move:—

That the Dáil concur with the Seanad in their Resolution communicated to the Dáil the 28th day of June, 1939, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939.
