Resolved: That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of such sums as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present Session to authorise the grant of a special compensation allowance to the person who held the office of Clerk of Seanad Eireann immediately before the passing of the Constitution (Amendment No. 24) Act, 1936.—(Minister for Finance.)
