I move:—
That Section 50 of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 20 of 1932), shall apply by virtue of Section 41 of the Finance Act, 1933 (No. 15 of 1933), to every sweepstake held by the Irish Red Cross Society under the Public Hospitals Act, 1933 (No. 18 of 1933), as applied by any Act to be passed by the Oireachtas in the present year 1939.
