In pursuance of Standing Order 71 of the Standing Orders of the Dáil and the Seanad relative to Private Business, the Cathaoirleach of the Seanad and I have nominated Deputy Eamonn O'Neill, Leas-Cheann Comhairle of the Dáil, to be Chairman of the Joint Committee to which the Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939, has been referred by both Houses.
