Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for and regulate elections of persons to fill casual vacancies (whether past or future) occurring amongst those members of Seanad Eireann who are required by the Constitution to be elected from panels of candidates and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with such elections.—(Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health.)
