Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú, maidir le hAcht ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun socruithe do dhéanamh chun Ospidéal Generálta nua, ar a dtabharfar Ospidéal Lorcáin Uí Thuathail, do bhunú i gCathair Bhaile Atha Cliath no ina comhgar, in ionad na nOspidéal Tighe Thionnscail sa Chathair sin, agus chun na nOspidéal Tighe Thionnscail sin do dhúnadh, agus chun socruithe do dhéanamh i dtaobh nithe áirithe eile bhaineas leis na nithe roimhráite, go n-íocfaí amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas costaisí ar bith fé n-a raghaidh an tAire Riaghaltais Aiteamhail agus Sláinte Poiblidhe chun an Achta san do riaradh, seachas na costaisí sin is gá do réir an Achta san do Bhord Iontaobhais na nOspidéal d'íoc leis an Aire sin.
That in connection with any Act of the present Session to provide for the establishment, in or near the City of Dublin, of a new General Hospital, to be called The Saint Laurence O'Toole Hospital, in the place of the House of Industry Hospitals in the said city, and for the closing of the said House of Industry Hospitals, and to provide for certain other matters connected with the matters aforesaid, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred by the Minister for Local Government and Public Health in the administration of such Act, except such expenses as may be required by such Act to be paid to the said Minister by the Hospitals Trust Board.
