Vol. 80 No. 12

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take the business as on the Order Paper, item 1 and then items 4 to 10 inclusive.

Has the Minister had any representation made to him that No. 10 (Saint Laurence O'Toole Hospital Bill) is regarded as controversial business?

Nobody has spoken to me on that matter.

May I give the Minister that information now?

Yes. Does that mean that the Deputy does not desire it to be taken to-day?

I am not accepting that—at the moment, anyway.

Is the truce off, then? Is that to be applied to the remainder of the business?

This is the first I have heard of a truce.

The Government has been facilitated with regard to the conduct of business. I am sure the Minister is aware of that.

Yes, I am well aware of that.

Apparently, he does not desire it to go any further?

Is the accommodation to be all on the one side?

I do not think so; I think there has been accommodation on both sides.

Not that I am aware of. I should like to know where we stand in this matter.

I have not heard anything about this particular Bill until now.

I gave instructions to have information conveyed to the Minister.

I have not got that yet.
