asked the Minister for Education if he will state (1) the total number of "six months' notices" issued by inspectors of national schools to teachers in primary schools during each of the past five years, (2) the number of reports lowered, (3) the number of appeals against reports, (a) sought, (b) granted, (4) the number of reports lowered, and also the number raised as a result of appeals, (5) details of the above for the separate districts in the divisions of Sligo and Galway.
