As regards the Duncannon scheme, a further report from the consulting engineer on gaugings is awaited. In the case of the Fethard scheme further particulars required from the consulting engineer were only received on the 3rd instant and are under consideration. I am not in a position at present to state when approval can be given to these works.
I got the same answer on various occasions during the last three years and I think it is nearly time that something was done about it.
