Hannigan, caretaker, Technical Schools, Naas, for a refund of unemployment insurance contributions paid by him in error, when the application was received, and if he will state when it is proposed to refund the contributions to Mr. Hannigan.

An application for a refund of unemployment insurance contributions erroneously paid in respect of Mr. Matthew Hannigan's employment as caretaker of the Technical Schools, Naas, was received from Mr. Hannigan on the 5th December, 1940. Payment of the amount due on this application has been made to the Chief Executive Officer, County Kildare Vocational Education Committee, who has been authorised by Mr. Hannigan to receive on his behalf the amount of refund due to him.
