I move that the Committee agree with the Seanad in amendment No. 1:—

Section 20. In sub-section (1), paragraph (b), page 8, line 14, immediately before the word "notice," the words "including newspapers circulating in the locality," inserted.

Section 24. In sub-section (4), page 10, line 53, the word "the" where it occurs immediately before the word "acquisition" deleted.
