asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission propose to institute proceedings for the acquisition of lands at Ballycullane, Castledermot, County Kildare, at present held by Mr. L. Neill, of Ballyhacket, Tullow, and whether the lands are likely to be acquired and divided in the near future.

The Land Commission have no proceedings pending for the acquisition of the holding of Mr. Leeson Neale at Ballycullane, and having regard to the emergency conditions obtaining, they do not propose to take any action at present regarding these lands.
