Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Military Service Pension Claims.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will say whether the referee has yet made his report on the application of Joseph O'Dwyer, Old Chapel Lane, Tullow, County Carlow, for a pension under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, and, if not, when will a decision be made.

The referee has reached a decision on the application under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, by Mr. Joseph O'Dwyer, Old Chapel Lane, Tullow, County Carlow, and the finding of the referee was communicated to the applicant on the 3rd instant.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state whether he is yet in a position to announce a decision on the application of Mr. M. Donnelly, 23 St. Aidan's Park Road, Marino, Dublin, for a pension under Military Service Pensions Act, 1934.

The referee has reached a decision on the application under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, by Mr. Michael Donnelly, 22 St. Aidan's Park Road, Marino, Dublin, and the finding of the referee was communicated to the applicant on 3rd instant.
