Beyond stating that in 1935 and 1937 tentative approaches which did not lead to definite proposals were made by L. Jordan, Limited, to the Industrial Credit Company with a view to the making of a public issue, I have nothing to add to the reply I gave to Deputy Keyes yesterday.
