Vol. 85 No. 16

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Bread Supply to Hospitals.

asked the Minister for Supplies if he is aware that Dublin hospitals have been cut 10 per cent. of their bread deliveries; and whether he will make an order permitting bakers to supply hospitals with their normal requirements of bread.

The reduction in deliveries of bread is of general application and I cannot see my way in existing circumstances to make any arrangements to permit bakers to supply hospitals with their normal requirements.
