asked the Minister for Finance if he will state in respect of the ten years 1932 to 1941 the total net sum raised by the Government by means of loans issued to the public, the nominal value of the stock issued, the average price of issue, the average rate of interest and the total annual sum payable in interest on such loans, and the total sum paid by way of commission to banks and stockbrokers in respect of the issue of such loans.
