Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Currency Commission.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the names of the members of the Currency Commission, distinguishing between members nominated by the banks and members nominated by the Government.

The information asked for by the Deputy is as follows: Members of the Currency Commission nominated by the banks, Mr. H.J. Campbell, Mr. H.J. Millar, and Sir George Murphy; member nominated by the Minister for Finance, Mr. J.J. McElligott. Two vacancies that occurred amongst the Minister's nominees have not yet been filled.
