Vol. 86 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Market for Oats and Barley.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state whether it is his intention to permit a free market for oats and barley for the coming season; and, if not, when he intends to announce prices of those cereals, and if he will consider permitting brewers, distillers, and their agents to operate on a quota basis without price restriction.

Arrangements for the marketing of oats and barley in the coming season are now under consideration and will be announced in due course.
