Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Widows and Orphans' Pension.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state why a widows' and orphans' contributory pension is withheld from Mrs. Abina Tobin of 55 O'Dwyer's Villas, Thomondgate, Limerick.

A contributory pension under the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions Acts of 18/- a week, consisting of 10/- a week widow's allowance and 8/- a week children's allowances has been awarded to Mrs. Tobin with effect as from the 21st February, 1941, the date of receipt of her claim.
