asked the Minister for Finance if he has read the statement recently made by the Council of the Federation of Irish Manufacturers concerning the development of Irish coal mines, and whether, in view of this, he is prepared to grant exemption from payment of excess profits tax and corporation tax to any Irish companies that may be formed to develop our Irish coal mines.
