asked the Minister for Justice if he will state how many persons have been found guilty by the Special Military Courts, or military courts or courtsmartial since the beginning of the emergency, giving the numbers of persons in each case who were released without completing their sentence; the remission of the sentence in each case; the offences in case of any remission of sentence; the amount of sentence so remitted; and if he will give the reason for the remission in such cases.
asked the Minister for Justice if he will state the number of prosecutions taken since September 1st, 1939, in respect of violations of the prices fixed for foodstuffs (for human beings), feeding stuffs (for animals) and other articles; and if he will state (a) the number of convictions, (b) the number of convictions which included a term of imprisonment, and (c) any remission of the fine or fines inflicted or imposed, and of the period of imprisonment (if any).
