Vol. 88 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Live Stock Insurance.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is now in a position to state when it is proposed to introduce proposals for placing cattle exporters who use Northern Ireland ports in the same position in the matter of insurance as traders who use ports in other parts of the country.

The First Stage of the Exported Live Stock (Insurance) Bill, 1942, was taken on 17th July. I hope to be in a position to take the Second Stage at an early date.
