Vol. 89 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Petrol Supply Licence.

asked the Minister for Supplies if he will state the reasons of his Department for not allowing a petrol supply licence to Mr. Christopher McCann, of Lower Main Street, Rush, in respect of the 1 ton 12 cwt. lorry owned by him; and, further, if he is aware that the agricultural produce on Mr. McCann's farm is going to waste.

A licence for the purchase of petrol during December has been granted to Mr. McCann in respect of the use of his lorry for agricultural purposes. His application was not received until the 26th November although the form was sent to him on 12th September last.
