Vol. 89 No. 11

Written Answers. - Arrangement of Mayo Lands.

Mr. Walsh

asked the Minister for Lands when the Irish Land Commission propose to rearrange the townlands on the Colonel Knox estate, Ballinrobe area, Cuslough district; also, when they propose to deal with the following holdings:—that of Thomas Cusack, William Killeen, Pat Hession, John Walsh, Catherine Killeen, Thomas Killeen, William Connor and Michael Jennings; and if the Minister is aware that there is sufficient land at the disposal of the Irish Land Commission to have this district properly arranged.

Owing to the emergency conditions, the Land Commission are not in a position to state when the remaining holdings on the Colonel Knox estate can be rearranged, but the matter is under investigation.
