Vol. 89 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin District Milk Board.

asked the Minister for Agriculture what are the functions of the Dublin District Milk Board, and whether any recent changes were made in the personnel and, if so, why.

The functions of the Dublin District Milk Board are to carry out the duties imposed on it by the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936) as amended by the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1941 (No. 11 of 1941) and Emergency Powers (No. 247). Order, 1942. The personnel of the board has been changed in the manner foreshadowed in my reply to a question from Deputy Hughes on 10th December last.
