Vol. 91 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Footwear for Children.

asked the Minister for Supplies if he is aware of the increasing difficulty experienced by parents in providing footwear for children, owing to the high prices of children's footwear and the poor quality of such articles; and if he will consider taking steps to have the quality of children's footwear improved, and the prices reduced.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a question concerning agricultural boots on 21st October. My reply on that occasion referred to children's as well as to all other footwear.
