It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper, items 2 and 3. If the business ordered be completed Private Deputies' business will be taken at 7.30. If completed before 7.30, Private Deputies' business will be taken at an earlier hour.

Will the Minister say whether Private Deputies' business is coming on at 7.30, or whether it is only to come on after the conclusion of the two items mentioned?
It is proposed that Private Deputies' business will be taken after the conclusion of items 2 and 3. It is possible that may mean that Private Deputies' business will be taken earlier than 7.30.
But if items 2 and 3 are not finished by that hour, the intention is to go on with them?
