asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is aware that seed potato growers in County Galway failed to secure last season the quantity of fertilisers which it was stated would have been made available, and that considerable loss has been incurred by those growers as a consequence; and whether, in making allocations of the fertilisers which may be available next season, he will give special consideration to the needs of the seed potato growers in that area.
