I propose to ask the Dáil to agree to the amendment inserted by the Seanad:—
Section 4. In page 3, line 3, the word "provide" deleted and the words "have provided after the 1st day of July, 1940, and before the passing of this Act or provide after the passing of this Act" substituted therefor.
