Vol. 92 No. 16

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - National Health Insurance Contributions.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if any negotiations are being made with the British Government for an arrangement concerning national health insurance contributions in order that these contributions may be valid in respect of widows' contributory pensions in the event of the death of an Irish worker at present employed in Great Britain.

The answer is no, but the position will be specially considered in connection with future insurance legislation.
