Os gá do Dháil Eireann Coiste Athchomhairc um Athscrúdú Bhliantúil don bhliain 1944, ar a mbeidh 15 Teachtaí, do thogha fé fhorálacha Ailt 19 d'Acht Toghcháin an tSeanaid (Baill Ainmliosta), 1937, go mbainfidh na Rialacha atá sa Rún i dtaobh Toghehán an Choiste Athchomhaire, do rith Dáil Eireann an 12adh Eanar, 1938, le togha an Choiste sin gus na hathruithe seo leanas, sé sin le rá:—
(a) déanfar na tagairtí atá ann don Choiste Athchomhaire do léiriú mar thagairtí don Choiste Athchomhaire um Athscrúdú Bhliantúil;
(b) isé is am don toghchán, mar a mínítear i Riail 4 de na Rialacha san, eadhon, an tréimhse ina ndéanfar páipéirí ainmniúcháin do sheachadadh don Cheann Chóimhrimh, Cathaoirleach Dháil Eireann, ná dháta an Rúin seo do rith go dtí 12 meán lae Dé Céadaoin, 29adh Márta, 1944; agus
(c) déanfar an vótáil sa toghchán san, dá bhforáltra i Riail 11 de na Rialacha san, ag an gcéad suidhe de Dháil Eireann a bheidh ann tar éis bheith caithte don am don toghcháin.
That an Annual Revision Appeal Committee for the year 1944, consisting of 15 Deputies, being required to be elected by Dáil Eireann under the provisions of Section 19 of the Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Act, 1937, the Rules contained in the Appeal Committee Election Resolution, passed by Dáil Eireann on 12th January, 1938, shall apply in respect of the Election of the said Committee with the following modifications, that is to say:—
(a) references therein to the Appeal Committee shall be construed as references to the Annual Revision Appeal Committee;
(b) the time for election, defined in Rule 4 of the said Rules, viz., the period during which nomination papers shall be delivered to the Returning Officer, the Chairman of Dáil Eireann, shall be from the date of the passing of this Resolution until 12 noon on Wednesday, 29th March, 1944; and
(c) the voting at such election, provided for in Rule 11 of the said Rules, shall take place at the first sitting of Dáil Eireann held after the expiry of the time for election.
