asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if, in view of the insuperable difficulty which the Tralee and Fenit Pier Harbour Commissioners have in obtaining the balance (£3,000) required over and above the amount which he is prepared to grant towards the cost of carrying out urgently needed repairs to Fenit Viaduct, he will consider increasing the grant to £5,000.

I can hold out no prospect whatever of the full amount of £5,000 being granted, nor of the grant of £2,000 already sanctioned being increased by any amount out of the Employment and Emergency Schemes Vote.
