Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Admission of Gárdaí to Leinster House.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state if any Gárda or Departmental regulation debars a member of the Gárda Síochána in uniform other than those on duty from entering Leinster House while either House is in session; if there is such a regulation if he will state its purpose; also, whether a member of the Gárda Síochána in civil clothing is likewise debarred.

Members of the Gárda Síochána are forbidden to enter Leinster House otherwise than on duty or with the prior permission of the Commissioner.
