(a) The average monthly production of creamery butter for the year 1943 was 49,971 cwt. and for the months of January to October, 1944, inclusive, 54,000 cwt. approximately. The average production for the corresponding ten months of 1943 was 55,592 cwt.
(b) The total production for the year 1943 was 599,650 cwt. and for the year 1944 (to the end of October) 539,000 cwt. approximately.
