Vol. 96 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cape Clear Mail-Boat Service.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is now in a position to indicate the arrangements for an improved mail-boat service to the Island of Cape Clear, County Cork.

The question of improving the mail-boat service between Baltimore and Cape Clear is really one for the Minister of Posts and Telegraphs and not for me. However, I am able to inform the Deputy that, so far as can be seen at the moment, a better transport service with State assistance can hardly be provided while emergency conditions continue.
