Representations have been made from time to time by or on behalf of individual employees at McCann Barracks, Templemore, for an increase in wages by way of bonus. The applications were carefully and sympathetically considered and adjustments were made in certain cases to bring the remuneration of the employees concerned up to the level of the rates obtaining in corresponding outside employment in the area.
