I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of the expenses incurred by the Minister for Agriculture in carrying into effect and administering any Act of the present Session to accept the gift of the Johnstown Castle Estate to the nation as a lay Agricultural College, to authorise the doing of all acts necessary for the completion of the gift and the carrying out of the terms thereof, and to provide for certain other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
