Vol. 98 No. 6

Order of Business.

I want to give notice, Sir, that I wish to raise on the Adjournment the question which I asked yesterday on the matter of priority in the transport of livestock.

I have to decide, as between the two questions, of which notice has been given, which I shall accept. Deputy Flanagan might put down another question to elicit the information he requires.

Will the Minister for Industry and Commerce be back from the holiday?

It is not a holiday.

It is proposed to take Nos. 2,1 and 4 on the Order Paper, and in No. 4—Private Deputies' business—to take Motion No. 5.

Will only Motion No. 5 be taken?

Yes, that is all.

If No. 5 motion, in Private Deputies' time, is finished before the normal hour of adjournment, will a subsequent motion be taken?

Well, we will take No. 6 then.

No. 6 after No. 5 concludes.

What is No. 6?

It is No. 6 on the list of Private Deputies' motions.

Is the Minister sure that it is the one that comes before 7?

Might I ask when will the Dáil reassemble after the Adjournment?

On next Wednesday week, 7th November.
