Vol. 98 No. 7

Written Answers. - County Kildare Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the McNally lands at Rathcoffey, Donadea, County Kildare, for division; and, if so, how the matter now stands.

There are no proceedings pending at present for the resumption of the McNally holding in the townlands of Rathcoffey South and Danielstown on the Aylmer Estate. A petition against resumption lodged by the former tenant, Maurice McNally (Senior) was granted by the Land Commission in the year 1934.
