Vol. 98 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of County Dublin Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that there is a big number of uneconomic holders and landless men in the Clondalkin area and if, in view of this, he will state if he is prepared to institute proceedings for the acquisition of the Murphy Estate, Knockmitten, Clondalkin.

There are no proceedings for the acquisition of the Murphy Estate, Knockmitten, Clondalkin, and the Land Commission are not at present in a position to take any action in the matter. They are not aware that there is congestion in the Clondalkin district.
