Vol. 99 No. 15

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 5 and 6 and, if we should reach No. 7, Votes Nos. 2, 29 and 49. Private Deputies' business will be taken at 12 o'clock—motion No. 8 (resumed).

Realising the fact, a Chinn Comhairle, that you are the supreme authority in this House, with your permission I should like to draw attention to the fact that there is a breeze blowing across the House which makes it impossible——

If the Deputy would see me about the matter——

I should like to draw your attention to the fact that Deputy Byrne yesterday had to have his collar turned up around his neck, Deputy Dillon had to wear a top coat, Deputies Finucane and Commons could not sleep last night and Deputy O'Leary has gone home with a pain in his back as a result of the breeze blowing across the House.

The Deputy will realise that there is no need to debate that here.

He wants to get into the papers again.
