asked the Minister for Finance whether his attention has been drawn to a motion passed by the Civil Service Clerical Association, calling upon him to introduce immediately the necessary legislation to provide for the establishment of conciliation, negotiation and arbitration machinery for the Civil Service, and if he will state whether he proposes to do so at an early date.
