Vol. 101 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Sale of Bread in Dublin.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether, having regard to the general complaints, and the wastage of bread caused thereby, he will now revoke the Order which prohibits the sale of bread in Dublin until 12 hours after baking.

I am not aware of any general complaints or of wastage of bread arising out of the operation of the Order which prohibits the sale of freshly baked bread in Dublin and it is not at present proposed to have the Order revoked.
