Last week I gave notice that I would raise a certain question on the adjournment. That was postponed. I now give notice that I wish to raise that question to-night. It was question No. 21 on the Order Paper of Tuesday of last week.

There are two proposals before the House, but last week Deputy Cogan postponed his question by request, so I think I shall have to accept his. As regards Deputy Murphy's question, if there is no more urgent question put down for consideration, perhaps we could take his tomorrow?
