Written Answer. - Special-Court Statistics.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state: (1) the number of persons tried before the Constitution (Special Powers) Tribunal, in each of the years 1931 to 1937, inclusive; (2) the number of persons adjudged not guilty by the said court in each of those years; (3) the number of persons tried before the Special Criminal Court, in each year since its inception; (4) the number of persons adjudged not guilty by the Special Criminal Court in each of those years; (5) the number of persons tried before the Military Court, in each year since its inception; and (6) the number of persons adjudged not guilty by the Military Court in each of those years.
