asked the Minister for Lands if he will cause the Land Commission to acquire the lands of the Cullen estate, Blacklion, County Cavan, for division among the local applicants for same

In present circumstances the Land Commission are not in a position to take any action regarding the lands on the Cullen estate, near Blacklion, County Cavan. The Deputy's representations have been noted.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will direct the Land Commission to acquire the lands of the Pratt estate, Cabra, Kingscourt, County Cavan, for division among the small holders in that area.

There are no proceedings pending for the acquisition of lands on the Pratt Estate at Cabra, Kingscourt, County Cavan, and in present circumstances it is not practicable for the Land Commission to take action in the matter. The Deputy's representations have been noted.
